If the proposal is accepted, will there be opportunities to volunteer to help with renovation or will it all be contacted out?
We’re a pretty scrappy bunch of do-it-your-selfers, so I’m sure there will be plenty of work being done by us. Some of the work must be done by licensed professionals, but almost everything else can be done by anyone.
